Songwriting With Bono?

It would be super cool if I had the opportunity to write a song with Bono of U2.  Writing lyrics has always been a passion of mine since 1975. A passion that has been greatly unfulfilled. The musicans and songwriters that I have met expressed no interests in putting my words to music. Not because I am a bad writer. I believe the reason was nothing clicked and they are not ambitious enough to pursue a colaboration.  As a result, there are hundreds of poems and lyrics in my files. Occassionally, I read a few of them at a local open mic night, but I am searching for a more meaningful way to shar my creative expressions with others.
