Winner Announced today for the “One Day To Live” project contest

Sthanley Joseph of Greenacres, Florida, is the grand price winner of the first “One Day to Live” project contest. Joseph won an Apple iPad2. See the winning and finalists entries at onedaytolive.org

Runner-ups were Phillip Jones and Maya Ram, Atlanta, GA. Honorable Mention went to Michael Delgado, Long Beach, CA, who was also recognized as being the first contestant. Finalists were Kiyaga Raymond, Southhampton, UK; James Armenta, El Cajon, CA; Kevin Tanner, Newhall, CA; and Morrissa Schwartz of Colonia, NJ. Look to meet them in upcoming Wishes4Life blog!

While we loved all the videos, there can only be one grand prize winner. Thanks to all the participants for expressing and sharing their wishes on our first One Day To Live Project. We look forward to even a greater number of inspiring wishes in the new contest.

The contestants expressed and shared deep, emotionally-charged stories of seeking to be loved, wanted and understood, desiring social changes, finding answers to life’s hardest questions, envisioning a cure for cancer and wishing for a prosthetic leg for a father so he can once again play with his son.

The contest is a prelude to Wishes4Life.com, which is scheduled to be launched summer of 2011. Founded on the idea that millions of people go through their entire lives with wishes that are not only unfulfilled, but also in many cases unexpressed. Wishes4Life empowers members to express and realize their dreams in a safe and positive environment. Users allow themselves the freedom to dream with others and take positive action. Wishes4life is the place to express and realize dreams.

We’re excited for what lies ahead, and wish you would join us.
