We Need to Make a Birthday Cake Wish Everyday

In a world of uncertainly and fear, it helps to return to the childhood innocence of making a wish. Simple as giving a salutation for enjoying a good day to as intense as praying for the healing of a cancer patient. A wish is the first step to achieving a goal and realizing a dream. As children, wishes are the tickets to fulfilling desires such as trips to Disneyland and toys. As adults, we too can return to this freedom and simplicity by breaking away from the shackles of our "normal" existance.

You make a really good point, Doug. I was always taught that making wishes is always the first step in realizing what you really want. But it can only get you so far. Your confidence, strength and determination is what will take you all the way. We as adults think practically, but in this life anything is possible. We need to go back to our third grade selves and make those genuine wishes. Those are the ones that really matter.
