4 free - easy steps: make your Wishes Official

In the absence of a will or estate plan, your expressed wishes on Wishes4Life will provide your loved ones with your wishes. Three simple steps to bring peace of mind:

  • What are you wishes? Express them as a private wish first
  • Attach the completed document i.e "Health Care Directive" and click on "Create My Wish"
  • Share your wishes with who needs to know (family and or friends) private sharing

An important part of expressing your wishes is to, "make it official", or further memorialize your wish. 1- Health Care Directive

Expressing and sharing your private wishes on Wishes4Life is not a replacement for proper estate plan and a will, but for many it can be used as the first step.
