Why 78% Of New Year's Resolutions Fail?
A study conducted in 2007, by Richard Wisemen, from the University of Bristol showed that 78% of those who set New Year's resolutions fail, and those who succeed have 5 traits in common
- Focus on one resolution at a time, with short realization or milestones of 2-6 weeks
- Planning in advance, time to reflect and focus with clarity and commit to take action
- Avoid repeating a previous resolutions or at least try a different technique to succeed
